All of the seafood served at the Fish House is flown in fresh from distributors and farmers dedicated to sustainability. The concepts for our menus always start with seasonality and aim to marry the best seafood available with the quality foods grown and produced within 35 miles of Mass St.
In 2016 a local seafood purveyor and a small group of longtime industry workers came together with the goal of bringing a sustainable seafood restaurant and raw bar to Lawrence. Our vision was to set the table with quality seafood and fresh oysters — complimented by local seasonal ingredients from purveyors we know and trust — in an environment that feels warm and welcoming to all.
